I ordered the Ahsoka tumbler at the end of July 2021 (knowing it would be 4-6 weeks before delivery, as stated in the description). received message from seller September 13th that due to COVID, it would be delayed, but the seller created a Shipping label on that date. WAS NOT SHIPPED! I never received the item and the seller would NEVER communicate with me when I messaged. Finally December 1st, contacted Etsy customer service and they had to refund due to seller never responding. Great Etsy customer service, Horrible seller customer service. super disappointed.

1 out of 5 starsI have not yet received the item I ordered on August 4th. I am still waiting on an update from the shop to see if it is in progress/an ETA for it to be sent out. Processing time to mail the item was listed as 4-6 weeks but I am currently at week 11. I have not had a single update and whenever I message the seller I only get an automated response. EDIT: Filed a claim with Etsy and they refunded me for the item. I am disappointed I never received it but glad I got my money back.

Information Sharing and Disclosure
Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

Data Retention

Frequently asked questions
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Current processing* time is 3 to 4 weeks. I do not offer rush processing.
*Processing is the time it takes for me to make your tumbler. That does not include shipping time.
Why does processing time take so long?
Processing time is on the longer side due to the hand made nature of these items. Since everything in my shop is handmade by me I am working hard to make sure each item is made well. Not only that, but epoxy is not a fast medium to work with. In addition to long curing times, there is multiple layers of epoxy that require hours of curing in between coats. There are also orders ahead of yours.
Wholesale availability
Wholesale is not offered.
Can I buy a design from you?
I do not sell digital designs. There are lots of Etsy sellers that do! Please visit the wonderful etsy shops that sell digital design for digital purchases.
Can I buy a decal that matches the design on my tumbler?
The only decals I have for sale are the decals currently offered. I do not sell tumbler designs as decals.
Custom and personalized orders
Yes, I can do custom designs, at my discretion. If it is not something I can do, for whatever reason, I will let you know. Just send me a message so we can discuss it.
